The annual Naledi Theatre awards announces nominees for this year’s ceremony which takes place at the South African State Theatre in Pretoria, on Sunday April 19. The performing arts award system has been in existence for six years and was set up to recognize and award excellence in Mzansi’s Live Theatre and Performing Arts. This year the judges have evaluated over 60 productions performed in 2008.
